A quintessential high-end advocate, Luke Andrews has conducted complex litigation across the country for nearly 30 years, including major jury trials and sophisticated appeals. He has succeeded for clients ranging from international businesses to individual plaintiffs in complex commercial disputes, substantial personal injury actions, and significant civil rights matters.

Luke has also won two of the most consequential cases in recent years enforcing government transparency via Open Records Laws.

Known for his ability to express complex issues in compelling form, Luke has authored Law360’s Think Like a Lawyer expert column as well as many other articles and training materials on the art of advocacy. He is a sought-after coach and mentor.

Luke graduated from Dartmouth College in 1991, cum laude, with a degree in Russian Language and Literature. He obtained his J.D. with distinction in 1998 from the Emory University School of Law.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, including reading, writing, and teaching together and following the exploits of their three adult children.
