Nicole Archambault
Of CounselNicole Archambault focuses her practice on assisting clients in personal injury and wrongful death actions, and white collar criminal defense matters and government investigations. Nicole began working with Finch McCranie in late 2011, and in 2013 she also began to work alongside now current Finch McCranie partner Carl Lietz. Nicole works with clients from the beginning until the case or matter is resolved. She regularly handles civil and federal criminal related document productions as well as the review and analysis of the evidence in each matter on all scales. Nicole’s attention to detail and the ability to effectively organize the evidence in the case allows the firm to provide the highest quality of service to its clients. This attention to detail is also brought into the courtroom where Nicole has been part of five trial teams since she began practicing law.
Prior to law school, Nicole was an automobile claims representative for a well-known insurance company where she investigated automobile accidents, assessed property damage, and made liability and coverage determinations. She went on to work for a Plaintiff’s law firm and became a paralegal in its transportation practice group, with a primary focus on aviation litigation, until she transitioned to being a full-time law student at Georgia State University College of Law here in Atlanta. While at Georgia State, Nicole had the opportunity to extern with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
