Lee Gutschenritter serves as Program Chair and Featured Speaker at Atlanta Medical Malpractice Liability Seminar
Lee Gutschenritter recently chaired a continuing legal education seminar attended by lawyers throughout the State of Georgia concerning medical malpractice cases. The seminar program, called "Medical Malpractice Bootcamp", was attended by over 100 attorneys. In addition to serving as the program chair, Lee was also a featured speaker. He presented to other plaintiff's lawyers and provided guidance on screening potential medical malpractice cases. Lee offered practical tips and strategies to help other lawyers quickly identify which medical malpractice cases have merit and should be pursued, and perhaps more importantly, which cases to decline.
Lee has extensive experience handling medical malpractice cases in Atlanta and throughout the State of Georgia. For the first half of his career, Lee represented doctors and healthcare facilities when they were sued by patients. He then switched to the plaintiff's side and now exclusively represents patients who were injured or killed as a result of medical negligence. Lee regularly accepts case referrals from other attorneys and has built good relationships with referring counsel over the years.
