Finch McCranie was recently recognized for winning two of the top 25 jury verdicts in Georgia in 2014.  According to VerdictSearch, our firm won the largest Georgia verdict in 2014 in the Business Torts category in a kickback case involving fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.  This verdict of $10.4 million was the fourth largest verdict in all categories.

Our firm also won the second largest verdict in 2014 in the Civil Rights category.  This was a police shooting case in which undercover officers shot and killed a young minister.  This judgment of $2.3 million was also one of the top 25 verdicts overall in 2014.
