Compliance, Monitorships & Internal Investigations

With former Deputy Attorney General, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, and PepsiCo General Counsel Larry D. Thompson, as well as all three partners and two counsel who have decades of combined experience as federal prosecutors, Finch McCranie’s lawyers offer a unique combination of experience in both the United States Department of Justice and the private sector.

In addition to internal investigations and white collar criminal defense, Finch McCranie has expanded its legal services to serving as an “independent corporate compliance monitor” for firms required to retain the services of a monitor.  This includes businesses that are subject to a monitorship under a Deferred Prosecution Agreement with the Justice Department. Further, Finch McCranie can assist companies required to retain the services of “Independent Review Organizations,” under a Corporate Integrity Agreement with a federal oversight agency. Our attorneys also advise and consult with companies on compliance issues.
